🏥 Clinic side

  • You post your need — date, 8-hour shift or 4-hour half shift, required specialty.
  • We suggest verified candidates — validated OHDQ permit, matching specialties, ratings.
  • You choose — you see each hygienist's rate BEFORE confirming. No surprises.
  • The shift happens. If cancelled the same morning: backup replacement.
  • You pay one clear invoice — the hygienist's rate + $7.50/h in posted fees. Single invoice.

The right profile, not the first available

An agency sends you "whoever's free". We match on specialties: a periodontal clinic gets hygienists who know how to scale and plane — not a generalist who's never done it.
