Last updated: September 20, 2026. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and what your rights are. It complies with the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25).
Dimitri — founder of Placement Dentaire Jutras — is the designated person in charge.
📧 [email to come] · 📞 [number to come]
Write to him with any questions about your data: access, correction, deletion.
Hygienists: name, email, phone, Quebec Order of Dental Hygienists (OHDQ) permit number, years of experience, specialties, desired hourly rate, travel radius, availability.
Clinics: clinic name, contact person, email, phone, city, clinic type, replacement needs.
Browsing: no advertising tracking data. At the MVP stage, the site sets no tracking cookies.
Only to make the service work: verify permits against the OHDQ's public registry, suggest relevant replacements (right specialties, right distance), and communicate with you about it. Your data is never sold, rented, or shared for advertising purposes.
At signup, two separate checkboxes ask for your consent: (1) collecting and using your information for the service, and (2) sending communications (shift offers, follow-ups). You can withdraw your consent at any time — write to the person in charge above or use the unsubscribe link in each email (processed within 10 days, in accordance with Canada's anti-spam legislation).
You have the right to know what information we hold about you, to have it corrected, and to have it deleted. Write to the person in charge: we reply within a maximum of 30 days. Withdrawing consent leads to deletion of your data within the same timeframe, except what the law requires us to keep (e.g.: invoices).
We keep your information only as long as needed for the service. A profile inactive for more than 24 months is deleted or anonymized. Tax and accounting documents are kept per legal timeframes, then destroyed securely.
Access restricted to only those who need it (at launch: Dimitri only), strong passwords, encrypted backups. We keep a privacy incident log as required by Law 25: in the event of an incident presenting a serious risk of harm, the Commission d'accès à l'information and the affected individuals will be notified.
Permit verification is done against the public registry of the Quebec Order of Dental Hygienists, an official source accessible to all. We collect no additional information from the Order.
If this policy changes significantly, we'll notify you by email before it takes effect. The current version is always published on this page.
