Total transparency

One number. Posted here. No surprises.

Agencies take a ~$30/h margin without ever writing it down. Some platforms don't even say who pays what. Ours is in black and white — that's our difference.

Hygienists
$0 forever

Free signup, no fees taken from your shifts. You set your rate, you receive 100% of your rate.

  • Guaranteed payment, even if the clinic pays late
  • First 50 registrants: founding member status
  • Referral: $25 per verified colleague who completes her first shift

Concrete example — 8-hour shift

Hygienist's rate: 8 hrs × $65/h (rate set by her)$520 → she receives $520
Placement Dentaire Jutras fee: 8 hrs × $7.50/h$60
Clinic's invoice$580

What about the 4-hour half shift?

Hygienist's rate: 4 hrs × $65/h$260 → she receives $260
Placement Dentaire Jutras fee: 4 hrs × $7.50/h$30
Clinic's invoice$290

This is where the hourly model crushes everything: $30 in fees vs. a flat package that doesn't budge elsewhere.

Compared to an agency — same 8-hour shift

Traditional agencyPlacement Dentaire Jutras
The clinic pays~$880$580
The hygienist receives~$640$520 (at her rate, which she chose)
The middleman keeps~$240$60
Savings for the clinic$300 per shift (34%)
🚀 Launch offer — pilot (10 clinics): half-price fees ($3.75/h) for 3 months, with direct support from Dimitri. When the 10 spots are taken, they're taken.

Pricing questions

Why doesn't the hygienist pay anything? That's suspicious.

It's not suspicious, it's the model of marketplaces that work: we recruit the rare side (the hygienist) by treating them well, and the clinic — which has the urgent problem — pays for the service. It's also the TempStars model, which completed 125,000 shifts this way.

The hygienist's rate varies? How do I budget?

Yes, each hygienist sets her rate based on her experience and specialties — a periodontics expert is worth more than an entry-level generalist, and that's normal. But you see the exact total before confirming each shift: no surprises, ever. And at equal rates, you always pay ~34% less than an agency.

Are there fees if I post a need but no one is available?

No. You only pay when a shift is completed. If we can't find anyone, it costs you nothing — and we'll tell you straight instead of sending just anyone.
